Led by professional futurists, this conference will explore big questions about our working futures in the next decade: What is the work? Who are the workers? How do we organize to get work done? We’ll expand your horizons, change your thinking and help you connect the dots between today’s plans and tomorrow’s outcomes. We’ll help you be prepared, not surprised, by the future.

Futures at Work

Katherine is an organizational consultant, futurist, and change management expert. She works extensively with leaders, across industries and sectors, to help them recognize trends, assess implications for their organizational futures and adjust work design and HR strategies for a productive future of work.

Katherine will be joined by principals John B. Mahaffie and Jennifer Jarratt, of Leading Futurists LLC. John and Jennifer are widely respected professional futurists who work with well-tested methods and techniques for exploring, engaging, and interpreting the future for its practical and business real outcomes. They publish, speak and educate people about the future, and are co-founding members of the Association of Professional Futurists.
